Santa Cruise tours will be conducted Wednesday through Sunday until Dec. 30. A local family prepares to take a joyful ride on the Santa Cruise. There will be some available, however, people are encouraged to park at Williams Bay High School and take the free shuttle to the Christmas Tree Barn for check-in.

Private lakeshore homes are not decorated for the holidays – most homes are summer residences. All lighted displays are provided by Gage Marine and Lake Geneva Cruise Line.
We offer a range of boat tours, including narrated scenic tours; brunch, lunch, and dinner cruises; and private parties, corporate events, and weddings. If you have a group of 20 people or more, say for the annual holiday office party, there are group rates available — so long as you make arrangements through the main office. The group rate comes out to $21 to $25 for each person, depending on the dates you choose. To make a whole evening out of it, you can also have dinner at the pier's restaurant, which has hearty appetizers and plenty of warm seafood dishes on offer. The dinner-and-cruise package costs $55 to $60 per person, though prices are subject to change.

On the way there we passed by several lighted scenes and displays, while the cheerful elf narrated the entire ride giving us little facts and tidbits about each display. The excitement started from the very beginning when we were parking, and the kids spotted the lights at the entrance. Ticket prices vary per day, ranging from $20 to $28 for adults; $18 to $26 for seniors; and $9 to $18 for youths.

These guidelines are put in place according to CDC guidelines and for the safety of our visitors and staff. If you are experiencing any of the documented symptoms of COVID 19, we ask that you please refrain from taking a boat tour. Before the cruise, attendees are encouraged to walk through the Santa Causes Charities of Christmas Tree Festival inside the Pier 290 boathouse. The boat will stop outside of Santa’s Hideaway where Santa will wave to passengers and call out each child passenger’s name.
On busy weekends before Christmas, there will be almost no parking at the marina. You can drop off members of your group, park at the high school, and take the shuttle back. Strollers are allowed on the boat as well as in the Christmas Tree Barn before departure. If the boat is too crowded, your stroller can be used to get on the boat and then stored for the ride.
